Optimal Pump Accessories are available for all Williams pumps to allow for automatic control of the injection rate.
Williams Pump Controls utilize a flow signal from the process into the Pump Control Module, which in turn operates the pump to automatically inject the exact amount of chemical as needed for the application. There are two choices available for various applications: The Automatic Pumping Unit (APU), and the Williams Pump Controller (WPC).
APU-XP Automatic Pump Unit
The APU-XP is an economical Pump Automation unit with a compact size and easy installation. It comes with a variety of input signals: 1-5vdc, 4-20mA, and others available upon request. Supply voltages: 12vdc, 24vdc, 120vac, 220vac. The APU-XP is explosion-proof rated, has a weatherproof housing, with a 3-way N/C solenoid included.

PCV-125-AL Pressure Control Valve
The PCV-125-AL Pressure Control Valve provides regulated pressure to operate a variety of Williams pneumatic metering pumps. Economical Pressure Regulator Output Pressures: 0-125 psi (0-862 Kpa). Includes a dual-scale Wika pressure gauge and a built in dryer to eliminate moisture in air/gas supply. Maximum Inlet pressure: 250 psi (1724 Kpa).

WPC-9001-GP & XP Control Units
The WPC-9001-GP & XP Control Units have both explosion-proof and general-purpose models. These Control Units have automatic switch-over to stand-by pump with an optional flow switch.
